POWER

CrossFit is a holistic training program that encompasses a wide range of complex exercises. Exercises like squats and deadlifts, which typically form the foundation of the training, simultaneously engage multiple body regions. This allows you to make rapid progress.

ENDURANCE

Endurance workouts such as rowing and running are important components of the training. These exercises challenge your cardiovascular system and improve your endurance. Additionally, bodyweight movements like burpees and push-ups make you break a sweat and help increase your overall physical fitness.

TECHNOLOGY

In CrossFit training, you will learn the fundamental technique of exercises such as deadlifts, squats, and Olympic lifts. If you haven't mastered these exercises completely, alternative movements will be offered to assist you in developing the proper technique.

COORDINATION

As a holistic training program, CrossFit places great emphasis on coordination. The multitude of free exercises and jumps constantly challenge and improve coordination. The training helps you synchronize your movement patterns and further develop your motor skills.

SPEED

CrossFit places an emphasis on time: WOD (Workout of the Day) is where you complete exercises as quickly as possible and with clean technique. CrossFit elements such as box jumps and burpees also train speed. The goal of performing exercises efficiently and quickly promotes explosiveness and speed.

AGILITY

CrossFit is a training program that utilizes the full range of motion of your body. Additionally, your flexibility is continuously improved through specific stretching exercises at the end of the session. Through regular training, your joints, muscles, and tendons become more flexible, resulting in improved mobility and flexibility in your body.
