At BLN.athletics, the WoD is different every day of the week. Lessons always start with a general warm-up followed by a movement-related warm-up. After the warm-up, the trainer guides you through a technique or strength block, the purpose of which is to ensure that all movements are performed correctly and to facilitate general strength or technique development. The workout is completed with a workout that varies greatly in terms of movements, intensity and time. Barbell experience is essential.

This course is designed for all fitness levels. We're creating a fun and friendly environment that will make you want to be better than you were yesterday. With our unique strength training, you will quickly feel fitter, stronger and more athletic. In this course, the whole body is trained with a variety of exercises. The aim is to work on your strength through complex movements followed by metabolic conditioning (Metcon). The PowerHouse boosts your metabolism, increases strength and helps you lose weight.

The basis of SweatHouse is based on the methodology of high-intensity interval training, one of the world's fastest growing fitness and cardio trends. We expand HIIT through a fusion of ski-erg, rowing, cycling and running, combined with functional strength exercises. We use kettlebells, dumbells, plyo boxes and medballs for this purpose. You will do two functional strength exercises before going on the ergometers. No further experience is required — just join in and get your strength up and running.

This course focuses on the sport of Olympic weightlifting, which consists of two exercises: tearing, moving and pushing. Weightlifting builds maximum strength, explosiveness, balance, and inter- and intramuscular coordination for your entire workout. Our Mobility Class is designed for active recreation and uses equipment such as a foam roller and rubber balls. The course aims to reduce muscle tension and loosen connective tissue through a series of slow stretches and movements. It is used to prepare for the upcoming training phase and helps prevent injuries due to immobility. You will complete a series of active stretches and breathing exercises so that you feel more relaxed and better for the coming week of training.
