What is HYROX?
HYROX is more than just a race; it's an unparalleled test of your stamina, strength, and determination. HYROX combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times. It's a true testament to your overall fitness.

We provide two dream teams together, one for women and one for men, each comprising four fierce contenders. As a special gift for our members, we offer exclusive places in these teams. If you're ready to push yourself to the limit and conquer HYROX, this is your chance!
Joint HYROX training
Join us everybody Sunday and Tuesday as we prepare for the competition together with Coach Lizzie. These courses are open to all members, whether you're an experienced athlete or simply curious to try something new.
