Before you can join our regular CrossFit and Functional Fitness classes, it’s important to master the fundamental movements and techniques. That’s exactly why we created this Fundamentals course.
In a small group of 3-8 participants, you’ll learn the essential exercises that form the foundation of safe and effective training. Our focus is on helping you achieve excellent movement quality and guiding you step by step through the techniques. Proper exercise execution is not only crucial for your training success but also the best way to prevent injuries.
Additionally, you’ll get to know our studio and training philosophy, and you’ll see why we are the perfect choice to help you achieve your fitness goals. The course is tailored to your fitness level to ensure you have the best possible CrossFit experience. Alongside learning the basics, you’ll improve your overall fitness and have a lot of fun with other beginners as you start your journey into the world of CrossFit and Functional Fitness together.
Duration: 1 month, 8 progressive sessions
